Four students will be advancing to National competition after a first place win at the Houston World Affairs Council Academic WorldQuest.  Some 16 CHS students competed and there were about 40 teams from the area.  There were four rounds of 20 questions about current events, world leaders, and geography in the regions of Africa & the Americas, Europe & Russia, the Middle East & Central Asia, and Asia & the Pacific.  The four students will go on a free trip to Washington, D.C. to represent the Houston area at Nationals.
