Beauty Week is a yearly event that takes place one week during the school year. However, fellow students found Beauty Week “useless” or “unnecessary”. 

Beauty Week should be embraced more because it makes a greater impact on students.

There were some mixed feelings about Beauty Week. Many felt that it “could’ve been better” and it was “lazy”. While some believed the week was “thoughtful”.

Beauty week helps spread kindness and give students a sense of belonging since school can be very toxic. 

Beauty Week is something we should bring more light to; kindness is important to students and having confidence can impact the way we transform into adults. Some may feel like it’s “useless” but other students may find it helpful; we should be more considerate about Beauty Week since it could serve a big impact on others and represent our school’s legacy.
