Weathers Collide Head-to-Head

Weathers Collide Head-to-Head

I was born in Nashville, Tennessee and I lived there until I was seven years old. Then, I moved to Houston, Texas. It’s common knowledge that the difference between Texas weather and Tennessee weather is extremely different.

Tennessee is known for getting pretty cold during the fall and winter, but in Texas it is completely opposite. Tennessee starts getting very chilly around September, whereas Texas starts getting chilly towards the end of November.

One of the beautiful attributes of Tennessee’s fall are the colors of the trees. The trees will change to a red/orange/yellow color, and it gives the environment such a positive and happy vibe, which also makes people want to be a lot nicer. Also, in Tennessee the winter is very cold and it brings a lovely snow and makes the atmosphere very soothing.

In Texas, it takes forever to get chilly. It starts to get colder in late November, early December. Since it is so dry in Texas, the leaves don’t change colors, they just fall off. Here in Texas it rarely snows, only in some places like Dallas and Fort Worth.

I personally love the Tennessee weather a lot more than the Texas weather. In Tennessee, there is a lot more of a Christmas and Thanksgiving atmosphere, whereas in Texas, it still feels like it is summer in November. I recommend everyone to take a vacation to Tennessee during fall or winter because there will be no regrets.c
