Hi, my name is Juhi, and I’ll be this year’s Assistant Editor-in-Chief! I’m a senior, and this will be my 4th year on The RoundUp. I love working with cameras and doing photography, so I’m especially excited to take photos all around school this year. Along with being on the RoundUp, I’m also a 2nd year producer for CTV. Outside of school, I love listening to music and Taco Bell. I’m excited to write more stories and take more photos this year on the newspaper! :)

Hi there! My name is Karen and I’m a senior this year. I am so excited to be back for another year on the RoundUp! I’m passionate about topics like climate change and environmental policy, gender equality, and systemic poverty, all of which I try to spotlight through my writing. I also love learning languages, including Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. My favorite things are National Geographic, banana bread, the memoir “Crying in H-Mart”, and journalism!

This gallery does a fantastic job of showcasing school spirit and unity for an important cause. The sea of pink outfits and decorations really stand out, making for a visually powerful collection. I especially love the close-up of the drumline performing because the intensity on their faces truly captures the passion of the moment!
