Course Information Night

Laurenz Quinto

On Tuesday, Jan. 15, the school will be holding Course Information and Eighth Grade Night. This event is an opportunity for incoming freshman to find out more about possible courses they are interested in taking for the 2019-2020 school year.

Starting in the auditorium, there will be a presentation for the parents about what the night entails. Afterward, they will be directed to the commons area where parents can ask questions about how the classes are like. Staff members can provide them with information on courses that the school is offering for the next school year.

“The night is most beneficial for incoming freshman,” math teacher Brandon Lee said.

Though eighth-graders are not the only ones who can take advantage of this event. Current freshman, sophomores, and juniors can ever walk around themselves to see what courses might pique their interest. There are a variety of electives that students can learn more about from the STEM program, art, music, history, sports, and English.

Courses Information Night will begin at 6.30 p.m and end at 8:15 p.m.
