Members of our Clements Choir performed at the annual Coffee House Concert on Friday, Oct 12. The students put on a show for the audience, performing either a solo or duet of their choice.

One of the performers, junior Max White, considers the Coffee House an event that shouldn’t have been missed.

“Many choir members sang popular songs that the audience could sing along to,” White said. “While enjoying the performance, the audience was able to enjoy coffee and a variety of snacks; it was a fun time.”

White chose the song “Do You” by Ne-Yo, and he enjoyed his experience performing at the Coffee House.

“The entire atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and exciting with the constant support and cheering from the audience.” White said.

Audience member junior Ayaan Asim attended the event to support and cheer on his friends.

“I originally went to the Coffee House to support Max, but my experience at the concert was enjoyable all around,” Asim said. “The food was great, the performers were great, and it was a lot of fun.”

According to Asim, the end of the concert was the most memorable of it all.

“On the last song, everyone got hype and started dancing and clapping around the commons,” Asim said. “It was the perfect end to a great concert.”
