What are the top two books that you recommend this month and why?
Right now, I’m really enjoying “A Shadow in the Ember”. You know, I’m getting into fantasy. This one is really reminding me of Sarah J Maas’s Throne of Glass series. And then the other one that I’m also kind of reading on the side is “Dear Medusa”. It is a brand new TAYSHAS book. But it’s all written in prose.
What’s new in the library this month?
What’s new in the library is a brand new display because it is Hispanic Heritage Month. So, I have both books by Hispanic authors and books featuring Hispanic characters.
What’s a coffee shop in the area you recommend for readers to get some fall reading time?
I think it’s called Day 6 Coffee and it’s right over there, not right down the street, but right down the same strip center as Half Price Books. So, you can go get a book and go read at the coffee shop.
