As the leaves begin to fall and the days become shorter, Sugar Land, like the years in the past, has many holiday activities for family and friends to enjoy together. Regardless of age, there is sure to be something enjoyable for everyone.

 

Sugar Land Holiday Lights (through January 1st)

The 4th annual Holiday Lights has returned to Constellation Field starting now through January 1st. This year the lights will feature over 2.5 million lights hung throughout the ballpark, and many exciting, new additions including a carnival outside the ballpark, new holiday themed nights, and more. It’s definitely a holiday tradition no one wants to miss.

Houston Ballet Presents The Nutcracker (various dates through December 23rd)

Enjoy the holiday season with a classic: The Nutcracker. Travel with Clara, Drosselmeyer, Sugar Plum Fairy, and the Nutcracker Prince through their magical adventure with a growing Christmas tree, the whimsical Kingdom of Sweets, and more.

Campfire Christmas (December 16th at 6pm)

Travel back in time to Christmases past with the people of George Ranch. Visit Christmases from 1836, 1870, 1893, and eat and visit with merry families from the past.

Menorah Lighting Celebration (December 13th from 6:30pm-8pm)

Come celebrate Chanukah and the lighting of the giant menorah with Chabad of Sugar Land with Israeli foods, music and dancing, performances, dignitaries, and arts and crafts for the children.

Holidays in the Plaza ft. Travis HS Band (December 14th from 6:30pm-8:30pm)

Children’s Campfire Christmas (December 15th at 6pm)

Bring your kids over to George Ranch Park for a family fun christmas. Make magical Christmas crafts, take a hayride through the Park, and sing Christmas songs around the campfire with your friends and family.

Hightower High School Band Gift Wrapping (December 16th and 23rd from 10:30am-4pm)
